Churchill Says We Make A Life By What We Give

Rather than a vanity paycheck it feels better to give something of far more value than entertainment or money. Sometimes gifts can be priceless like that of love which is everything, connection, inspiration, devotion, attention, purpose…  Winston Churchill says, “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.”

Is it not in the dying of the ego rather than the physical death which brings the birth or awakening of spirit? Wouldn’t it be that genocide, homicide, suicide is merely causing pain to the One of which we are all a part and logically from a physics standpoint could only boomerang back to ourself? Quantum physics, the discovery that particles are discrete packets of energy with wave-like properties is scientific proof all is energy, existing, transferring, transforming, where one type exists the opposite can not merge or occupy the same space as one unless mixed/ intertwined and vice versa, energy of like kind become one i.e., water molecules evaporating to the clouds.

Hafiz said it so beautifully, “I have come into this world to see this:
the sword drop from men’s hands even at the height of their arc of
rage because we have finally realized there is just one flesh
we can wound.”

St. Francis of Assisi also so eloquently said, “Oh Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love, for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.”

Liberation of Love comes from death of the ego
Realization of this Love makes the world a movie show

Feeling this Love you cease to exist as do I
Making us laugh and at the same time cry

What really exists in this plane of illusion?
Not realizing the Oneness we live in confusion

Love so infinite we can’t fathom how deep
For our souls are floating fast asleep

What will it take for us to awake?
A being that’s all Love giving us a shake

Is time the illusion that keeps us engrossed?
Time ceases in Love’s company; Love is needed most

Giving thanks to love of every kind
Sends inspiration to the gazing mind

Love on all levels is from the same
Anything is possible in love’s name
