Dilee is a cross-media artist who started her music career in San Diego/ Los Angeles, California. Her strong sense of culture and heritage comes from being a half Chinese, half Italian, American. Music is one of her many creative facets with the object of positivity in bringing our essence together to transcend all cultural and national boundaries in this celebration of life we all share around the world. She is from a close knit family and says she has an eastern way of thinking.

She became a voting member for the Grammys ® as a result of releasing her spoken word album and her first singles. Taking lines from her original poetry she began writing and producing music with Ike Turner and his son Ike Turner, Jr., in 2007 before Ike Sr., passed away and is now getting ready to combine her many forms of art into one cohesive and creative package.

Dilee dedicates all of her music “to the Divine.”  Her first full album of music is set to be released in a limited edition album to her Kickstarter backers in May/June 2017 prior to commercial release in the late summer of 2017 entitled “With Love.”  This album will be submitted for the 60th Grammy ® awards.  Her first single to be released from the album in May 2017, is entitled “Afterglow Feat Armand Hutton.” Additional song(s) may be released in the coming months.

“Devotion to our Creator, to me, means embracing and giving the magic of kindness to every living thing as a particle of the all,” says Dilee, “and I believe each one of us is inter-connected, which is why my new promotional T-shirts and sweatshirts are emblazoned with {The love in you is the same in me}.”

Dilee stands for goodness, equality and love. Being a positive role model is a responsibility she takes seriously. Part of that responsibility is admitting we are human and touching peoples’ lives in a positive way. Her friends describe her as tenaciously graceful.
